At LocThairapy with Nikkis, your appointment time is reserved just for you. Please respect my time and other clients by reviewing the following policy:
Cancellations or Reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in a $50 fee, which must be paid before any future appointments can be scheduled.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a late cancellation fee may apply.
Emergency situations are considered on a case-by-case basis.
