Cancellation Policy
At LocThairapy with Nikkis, each appointment is personally reserved for you. Because I provide one-on-one services and dedicate a specific amount of time to each client, timely cancellations and rescheduling are greatly appreciated.
48-Hour Notice
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, including same-day cancellations and no-shows, are subject to a $50 rebooking fee. This fee must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled.
Late Arrivals
A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to avoid impacting the next client. If the appointment cannot be accommodated, the $50 rebooking fee may apply.
Emergencies
I understand that unexpected situations happen. Genuine emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
